Shane Swanberg
Shane is a true Sacramento native. Grew up in Citrus Heights, attended Sacramento State for college and now resides in Rocklin with his wife, 2 kids and puppy dog! Shane’s passions are basketball (yes, loyal to his core, a Sacramento Kings fan and always says “this is our year!” haha) and spending the summers going boating out at Folsom Lake with his family.
Erin Swanberg
Erin leaped into real estate initially in 2013 and started selling real estate in the greater Sacramento area. She got licensed by the DRE and fell in love with being able to help others with one of the biggest decisions their families would make. Erin led the charge (like she does in her marriage too haha) and came up with the idea to start Bridgehaven Homes in 2017. She had attended design school and after buying the first house, she was able to let the creative juices flow! In her freetime, she is mom to 2 kiddos and always fits in time for a workout. She even has competed in multiple fitness competitions so she knows how to kick butt!
Chris Budd
Avid dirtbike rider and professional drone pilot! On top of his many hobbies, he leads Bridgehaven Homes acquisition team and has been buying since the company’s origination. Born and raised in Sacramento, he has a passion for working with homeowners 1 on 1 to help them achieve their needs. Chris has even become really great at selling things online for people so don’t forget to ask him about this if you need help making some extra cash on some of your belongings.
Fallon Vaughan
Fallon is an acquisitions manager for Bridgehaven Homes. He’s sure to make you laugh, while working to make sure our clients are taken care of. On weekends, you can find him on the golf course, watching his favorite football team or spending time with his wife and kids. He is also in charge of property management making sure everything runs smoothly!
Greg Cunningham
Greg is in charge of project management of the remodel projects. He works with the contractors to keep them on time while producing a high level of quality work. Greg brings a wealth of experience to the team, having served in the United States Air Force for almost 20 years. His time in the military instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail, which he applies to all of his work. For fun, you can find him fishing out on the lake or driving his side-by-side off road vehicle.
